I have worked for Forest Homecare for 12 years now and would not work for any other care company. I work with an amazing team and always feel supported. There is always support and encouragement from Management. I am proud to work for them and would recommend.

Having seen recent reviews, I thought I would share mine too. I have worked for this company for almost 8 years, and if I didn’t think it was a good company to work for, I would have left a long time ago. The coordinator and other office staff we deal with on a daily basis have always looked after the carers with the greatest respect. The other carers within the area I work are always extremely helpful and caring. I wouldn’t want to work with another care company as I am happy with the family I have here.

I have worked for Forest homecare for 15 years the support and training that I have received has been excellent. It is well lead by experienced approachable management who are always willing to help and advise. I would be happy to recommend Forest homecare.

Unfortunatly these carers don't always turn up. Tonight again, my 86 year old grandmother has had no dinner. Its a shame because some of the carers are good, but we had a very frightening experience where one carer actually set fire to the kitchen by leaving the gas on under a saucepan and when I came in there was a fire!! Its shocking that this can actually happen. I have reviewed on here before but my reviews get taken down as they are not positive. If you use this company, you certianly need to keep tabs on them.
