You don't have to be a client of theirs to suffer at their hands. In our opinion they did everything in their power to scupper our sale. It only went through as a simultaneous exchange and completion on the last day available because their client was on the doorstep at 9 am to make it happen. It may have been a complex case due to the age of the property but they took it to the extreme. Unreasonable, slow, arrogant and disrespectful of everyone involved including their counterpart solicitors. Asked for the same documents thrice over and charged their clients extra because they had too much to deal with. Still trying to charge them extra after completion for something not resolvable (access across a public asset has been in place for probably 50 years or more). The modern twist? It's all about money/profit. The most stressful experience that, at times made us ill.

We’ve sold a few leases before and never has it been as easy... just shows what can be achieved with a professional legal team. The great thing about this law firm is that it makes matters simple and the team is always available for a call or will ‘get back to you’ quickly…novel approach for us 😊 Dana made the whole sales process easy in a tough market, particularly for leasehold properties which can have cladding and ground rent issues often needing insurance cover and deeds of variation. Dana said ‘We’ll answer all the buyer’s legal questions we can’…she did….we only had to answer 5! At every stage of the sale they kept us well informed of progress, potential delays and what actions they were taking to maintain open communication and progress with all parties. The team obviously establish good relationships with the other legal firm and also with managing agents of leaseholds. Delays from either will hinder a sale so it’s a great accomplishment to ‘manage’ these two crucial providers of information to move ahead. We applaud Luna Law’s dedicated approach…👏
