Agreed a time for a Taxi i was booking for my Mother Aged 78 with a heart condition as in his opinion was walkable to the Travel lodge, then when he found out it was a short distance even when i explained why, he refused it.. Iv used them for years, disgraceful! Its not always about Money. Refusing a fare because of short distance? I dont think its legal? Women and safety reasons? Not interested...poor
