James and Co. (Richard and Jude) recently acted as agents in the sale of our home. The whole process from engagement and various viewings to final sale was very slick and professionally handled. Do not buy through this company unless you have time to let your purchase just run it’s course. Richard will be your ‘mate’ when he feels like it, but he won’t do anything to assist you like a ‘mate’ would. He is the least proactive person I have every dealt with (having experience as a sales agent myself). He will not do sales chasing, you’ll have to do your own (which has actually cost me money through my solicitor!) And his version of chasing something is calling at 11am then leaving it til the following day. Our experience with this agent was nothing but frustrating, even if I saw my dream house advertised, I would never pursue through them again.
