Just over a year ago, I asked JH Fage to investigate a boiler problem we had having seen Lawrence park his van to do our local Parkrun. I figured that anyone that does Parkrun is probably a decent sort and in this case I was right. Lawrence was able to diagnose what was wrong with our old boiler even though it was not a common model and quite old. In the end we decided to replace it rather than have it struggle on. He gave us several options and once we had chosen, carried out the work very professionally. The boiler has been faultless ever since.
