Called this local company on Friday when my washer/dryer stopped working. They came the following Monday and were early for the appointment. Two hours later it was all fixed and I was only charged £145, less than an AEG visit, and at a time which meant minimal disruption in terms of time off work. Their prompt, efficient service, and very reasonable cost means that I would definitely use them again.

Not very professional. Once they turned up, told me after 10 minutes they couldn’t fix it as it was too new of a model even though I’d given them my washing machine model number when I first asked for a quote, and told me to call the Electrolux company. Cheap enough but I wouldn’t use them again.

When calling an engineer out for an appliance repair, I still worry that as a single female, I will be seen as a target for "rogue traders" but these guys couldn't be further from it.
