I have just phoned Direct Dental Hygienists to cancel my appointment due to I'll health which was scheduled for 7 and a half hours time. Firstly, the lady who answered the phone was so kind and understanding, but when I said that I would obviously pay for the session, she said they would not hear of it despite me pushing on this point. I have been to this hygienist in the past and Alison does a great job. I think they are really good and fair. Thank you!

I had the best experience getting to know Alison, and she very good at what she does. The Clean,Scale,Polish was so Pristine that my teeth were white before I knew it. To Top It All Off I had a Groupon voucher I also had best deal overall my teeth are all very healthy now.

My husband and I have been going there for a while now, very pleasant reception the minute we walk in!! Alison is one of the very best hygienist I've ever been to. Very professional and caring. Always a nice experience! We highly recommend them.

When I called to book I spoke to a lovely lady called Alison. I explained to her how scared I was and she assured me I would be fine. I visited today and was greeted by a very nice staff member who checked me in. I was seen nearly straight away by Alison and she was amazing. I’ve been going here for the past few years and travel from Sawbridgeworth as it’s well worth the trip. I couldn’t be happier with the care, dedication and skill she provides. The last time, I hadn’t been for a long time due to the pandemic- however, extra time was given to me in order to clean my caffeine stained teeth plus I received expert advice on how to prevent the build up. The premises is clean, comfortable and friendly.

Went today and my teeth feel and look amazing. They're so much whiter too! Very impressed. Lovely, lovely hygienist and receptionist. Would highly recommend.
